Refund policy

If there is a problem with your order, please let us know and we will make every effort to correct it.

We offer a 30-day full refund policy on many products. See the exceptions below. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned items must be in new condition with original packaging.

Note: If your order originally qualified for free shipping but no longer does after returns, a $10.99 shipping charge will be deducted from your amount refunded.

Non-returnable Products Include:

  • All customer photo prints and custom printed photo products
  • All custom-designed products
  • Custom framing and mounting
  • Custom-ordered mat, frame, and mirror sizes
  • Specially ordered frames and products

These non-returnable items may only be replaced if defective, misproduced, or damaged in shipment.
