Orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx, and USPS to anywhere in the continental United States.

- Join our website and get FREE shipping on most orders over $99
- $9.99 shipping for orders under $99 and guest shoppers.
- *For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please call for rates!
PLEASE NOTE: Free and flat-rate shipping does not apply to any custom framing orders, custom-made products, or shipments containing original art.
- Most orders are shipped in 1–2 days. We will inform you if there are any delays.
- Special product orders may take 7–14 days to ship. You will be notified with an expected ship date.
- Overnight and expedited shipping options are available. Call us if you need rush delivery.
- Damaged shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
- We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Returns Policy
If there is a problem with your order, please let us know and we will make every effort to correct it.
We offer a 30-day full refund policy on many products. See the exceptions below. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned items must be in new condition with original packaging.
Note: If your order originally qualified for free shipping but no longer does after returns, a $10.99 shipping charge will be deducted from your amount refunded.

Non-returnable Products Include:
- All customer photo prints and custom printed photo products
- All custom-designed products
- Custom framing and mounting
- Custom-ordered mat, frame, and mirror sizes
- Specially ordered frames and products
These non-returnable items may only be replaced if defective, misproduced, or damaged in shipment.
