Orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx and USPS to anywhere in the continental United States.

- $9.99 shipping for orders under $99

PLEASE NOTE: Free shipping and $9.99 shipping does not apply to any custom framing order, custom made products or shipping that includes original art.

IF YOU RETURN SOME OF THE PRODUCTS ON AN ORDER SO THE ORDER TOTAL NO LONGER QUALIFIES FOR FREE SHIPPING, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE SHIPPING.

- Most orders are shipped in 1-2 days. We will inform you if there are any delays.

- Special orders for products may take 3-14 days to ship. We will notify you when we expect to ship your special order.

- Overnight and expedited shipping services are available. Please call us if you require rush delivery service.


Returns Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please let us know and we will make every effort to correct the problem.

We offer a 30 day full refund return policy on many products. See list below for exceptions. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returned products must be in new condition and contain all of the original packaging.

IF YOUR ORDER QUALIFIED FOR FREE SHIPPING BUT AFTER RETURNING SOME PRODUCTS IT NO LONGER QUALIFIES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE SHIPPING.

Non-returnable products include:
- All customer photo prints and custom printed photo products.
- All custom designed products.
- Custom framing and mounting.
- Custom ordered sizes of mats, frames and mirrors.
- Specially ordered frames and products.

These non-returnable items will only be replaced due to defects in workmanship, production errors or damage during shipment. All shipments received damaged must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt.
